flavors, intense colors, and aroma. The 2001
Diamond JEM Cabernet
Sauvignon was released in August of 2005
and 150 cases were produced.
The grapes for this vintage are specially
selected. They are nurtured by the warm
afternoon ocean breezes. This long maturation
period contributes to the complexity of the
flavors and the intensity of the color and aroma
