Welcome


The 2001 Vintage is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and alcohol is 13.6% volume. It exhibits complex flavors, intense colors, and aroma. The 2001 Diamond JEM Cabernet Sauvignon was released in August of 2005 and 150 cases were produced.

The grapes for this vintage are specially selected. They are nurtured by the warm afternoon ocean breezes. This long maturation period contributes to the complexity of the flavors and the intensity of the color and aroma of the wine.

We carefully crush and ferment the grapes and transfer them by gravity from our stainless steel to our special wood tanks where they will ferment a second time. There is no pumping involved.
